Wetheron

Wetheron is located 107.340 kilometres from Mungar Junction and is 95 metres above sea level.

Wetheron had a siding and a telephone connection with Maryborough and Mungar Junction. Wetheron was referred to as a “Gate” with a Station Mistress appointed to oversee the day to day station operations.

A station building, railway house, goods and cream sheds were utilised at Wetheron with cattle. pigs and sheep yards available for transporting of livestock by rail. Wetheron had a crossing loop capacity of 57 units.
